The first question came from heat. The bigger idea became comfort.
Before FAYCAI existed, its founder spent time making deliveries in China. Summer days were hot, breaks were short, and there was rarely somewhere cool to stop and recover.
Portable climate was an early answer, not the final definition. The deeper idea was broader: people move between heat and cold, indoors and outdoors, effort and recovery, solitude and time together.
